Change of Heart Cardiology performs a full array of state of the art non-invasive ultrasound imaging of the heart as well as the carotid arteries, aorta, kidneys and arteries and veins of the leg. The Echo labs is certified by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) and the Vascular Lab is certified by the American College of Radiology.

Preventive Cardiology


Although we offer a full of array of diagnostic and therapeutic treatment options, at Change of Heart Cardiology we fundamentally believe none of that replaces proactive preventative care. To that end, we work with you to aggressively manage your risk factors - including high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes and smoking – to the goal of preventing heart attacks, strokes and vascular disease.

Holter/Rhythm and Device Management


Holter monitors are wearable devices used to diagnose abnormal heart rhythms. The device clinic offers full service management of you implanted pacemakers and defibrillators.

Interventional Cardiology


When needed, the physicians at Change of Heart Cardiology are highly skilled to perform invasive cardiac procedures at our affiliated hospitals, Jersey Shore University Medical Center and CentraState Medical Center. The procedures include cardiac angioplasty and stenting, peripheral vascular (arteries of the kidneys and legs) angioplasty and stenting, closure of a patent foramen ovale (PFO) or atrial septal defect (ASD), placement of IVC filters, removal of blood clots in the legs (deep vein thrombosis or DVT) and lungs (pulmonary embolus or PE) and minimally-invasive heart valve replacement (transcutaneous aortic valve replacement or TAVR).

We provide expert diagnosis and management of low and high blood pressure. Our comprehensive program utilizes advanced imaging and diagnostic tools to identify potential causes of the complex blood pressure issues. Using a team approach, we develop a plan to optimize treatment using lifestyle recommendations, medications and procedural interventions when appropriate.


Dr Kayser is also one of the first and only providers in Monmouth and Ocean counties providing the state of the art therapy for refractory hypertension called Renal Artery Denervation. This is a same-day procedure performed to disconnect the abnormal nerve impulses coming from teh kidney.
